S1. Yum Neau
Thin sliced beef sirloin cooked to medium rare then tossed with cucumber slices, red onions and green onions in lime juice and spicy hot & sour dressing.
Cooked ground beef or chicken tossed with red onions, ground chili peppers, mint leaves, cilantros and ground toasted rice in freshly squeezed lime juice.
S3. Nam Sod
Ground beef or chicken tossed with ginger, red onions, peanuts and fresh mint leaves in home made spicy and sour dressing.
